Service Overview

The Land & Ranch Website Enhancement Service ("Service") is a one-time service offered exclusively to active members of eXp Land and Ranch. This service provides website styling and enhancements based on the offerings described on the official service page.

One-Time Service Scope

This service is a one-time styling and enhancement package provided for a single website, for a one-time flat fee. It covers only the initial design and delivery of the requested work. Once the work has commenced, no additional websites will be included. After delivery, no further edits, revisions, updates, or modifications will be performed. Any additional work will require a new agreement and separate fees.

Website Provider Functionality

The Service is dependent on the functionality of third-party website providers and platforms. eXp Land and Ranch is not responsible for any changes made by the website provider that may affect the design, functionality, or usability of the enhanced website. Any work required to address such changes may be considered a new project and billed accordingly.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the client ("Agent") for use in the Service must comply with copyright and intellectual property laws. The Agent is solely responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights and permissions. eXp Land and Ranch disclaims any liability for copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from Agent-supplied materials.

Additional Services and Fees

Should additional services be requested or deemed necessary beyond the standard scope, eXp Land and Ranch will provide an estimate for approval before commencing work. Additional services may include, but are not limited to, custom coding, content creation, graphic design, integrations, and technical support.

Membership Requirement and Branding Guidelines

Only active members of eXp Land and Ranch are eligible to utilize the Service. If an Agent's membership status changes, including leaving the eXp Land and Ranch division, they must remove all eXp Land and Ranch logos and any references to the division from their website and marketing materials within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall eXp Land and Ranch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the enhanced website or any related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the Land & Ranch Website Enhancement Service, the Agent acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
