Canva Concierge

1. Overview

Canva Concierge is an exclusive design service available to eXp Land and Ranch members. Our goal is to provide high-quality, customized marketing materials tailored to Land and Ranch professionals. By utilizing our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Expectations

• • Our team will acknowledge and respond to all design requests within 24 hours of submission.
• • Standard turnaround time for initial designs and revisions is at least 48 hours from confirmation
• • We strive to accommodate urgent requests when possible but cannot guarantee expedited delivery.

3. Scope of Service

• • Canva Concierge provides bespoke designs for social media, print, mail, signage, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• • All designs are created using Canva Pro and will be shared in an editable format where applicable.
• • Requests must be clear and include all necessary details (e.g., branding guidelines, property details, high-resolution images, preferred color schemes, etc.).

4. Work Hours & Limitations

• • Canva Concierge will complete requested work up to the hours limited by the member’s plan.
• • Work exceeding the allocated hours may require an upgrade or additional approvals.
• • Turnaround time remains 48 hours for requested work within the plan limits.
• • All requests and revisions must be submitted through the proper communication channels designated by Canva Concierge.
• • Canva Concierge operates during normal business hours, and requests received outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

5. Urgent & Rush Requests

• • While our standard turnaround time is 48 hours, we understand that urgent needs arise.
• • Rush requests will be reviewed case-by-case, and fulfillment depends on team availability.
• • We encourage members to submit time-sensitive requests as early as possible to ensure the best service.

6. Usage & Ownership

• • All designs created by Canva Concierge are exclusively for eXp Land and Ranch members and their marketing purposes.
• • Members retain full rights to their designs and may edit or repurpose them as needed.
• • Canva Concierge reserves the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Member Responsibilities

• • Provide clear and timely communication for design requests and revisions.
• • Ensure all materials submitted (logos, images, text) are legally owned or have the appropriate usage rights.
• • Adhere to branding guidelines set by eXp Land and Ranch when applicable.
• • Members are expected to provide responses within 48 hours of receiving a design or revision. Delays beyond this timeframe may result in the request being moved to the back of the queue.

8. Service Limitations & Exclusions

Canva Concierge does not include the following services:

• • Logo and brand creation
• • Professional video editing
• • Photo editing
• • Renderings
• • Social community management
• • Custom floor plans
• • Website building and editing
• • SEO services
• • Any other assets outside the scope of what can be created in Canva

9. Printing & Distribution

Canva Concierge does not include the following services:

• • Canva Concierge does not handle printing or distribution services; members are responsible for downloading and executing their materials as needed.
• • We will do our best to accommodate printer requirements to ensure professional-quality assets.

10. Modifications & Updates

Canva Concierge does not include the following services:

• • These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect service enhancements or policy changes.
• • Continued use of Canva Concierge constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
