eXp Land & Ranch is a program designed to offer our agents the comprehensive resources necessary to take their business to the next level. The program will offer exclusive, premium marketing and collateral including an eXp Land & Ranch logo and branding, a myriad of ready-to-use branded templates, unparalleled marketing tools and assets, on demand listing presentations, an exclusive consumer facing agent directory and listing site, niche advertising offered at preferred rates, masterminds and events, a land and ranch certification course and more!

- Equestrian Property Specialist (EPS) Certification Course
- eXp Land & Ranch Online Certification – OR eXp Land & Ranch LIVE Certification PLUS 2 specializations modules of your choice from our online certification course.
If you do not meet the production requirements, you must become qualified via certification. You will have the opportunity to take our online eXp Land & Ranch certification course upon paying your membership fee and joining at no additional cost. You will have 30 days to complete that self-paced course online. If you have not already, please begin by submitting an application.

There is a non-refundable $2,995 annual fee for the full Charter Membership, which includes the associated listing advertising. There is a Brand Membership which includes only the logo and brand use and the design environment and templates, as well as attendance to our events and masterminds for $995 annual. You will be charged the full amount upon application acceptance and billed automatically each year on the anniversary of your division join date.
Charter Membership includes all of the below advertising and technology partners. It includes exclusive access to the Land Broker MLS dashboard, unlimited maps from Land id, and unlimited listing syndication to all of the other publishers listed below with the exception of the Land.com network, of which there are 3 concurrent listings included. Additional listing placement on Land.com may be purchased for $25 per listing/month. Horseproperties.net will also be available at a preferred rate per listing, starting at $69 for 3 months.
Brand Members will not have access to any of the listing marketing or mapping tools. You can think of it as a social membership, with access to use of the branding and events.
There are no team memberships at this time. Each individual agent or advisor is required to apply and join to be a division member. The L&R logo and affiliated branding may only be used if the member agent or advisor is represented.
Shortly after joining, you will receive an email notification inviting you to access your exclusive L&R dashboard via OKTA. (Visit https://exprealty.okta.com/ to login). There you will find everything accessible in one place, including the dedicated CANVA folder and our events calendar. You will also have the opportunity to easily submit your land and ranch listings for marketing to all our partners with the click of a button.
Currently, the program is only operational in the US, with plans to roll out in Canada for phase 2 and globally for phase 3.
For agents, those will be accessible in the L&R Dashboard, as well as in the dedicated CANVA Enterprise folder. Only members in good standing are eligible to use the official eXp Land & Ranch logo and associated branding.
eXp Luxury division members will receive a 20% discount on the full price membership fee for eXp Land & Ranch, should they wish to join. You will receive this discount each year upon your renewal, if you have also retained your Luxury division membership.
